About GOODWILL

Formed of a group of ‘lead worshippers’, the band is Will, Mick and Izzy with Music Business Manager Millie.

Will is married to Vicky, has played guitar since he was old enough to hold one and has written and composed songs from an early age. In his teenage years and early 20's he was in several gigging bands - winning regional awards - and for the past couple of decades has been a worship leader and lead worshipper at his local church.
His varied career has included the role of University Associate Dean and Head of Performing Arts where he led a £20m new build Performing Arts facility. Will is an ordained Minister (here he is about to baptise Izzy), has a theology PhD, is a professor of leadership and also holds an honorary professorship at Waverley Abbey College.

Will

Izzy has had a flair for holding a beat even before she could walk. Aged 13 she is the youngest musician in the band (by decades), a regular drummer in the worship team and recently achieved a Merit in her Rock School Grade 7 Drums exam - well done Izzy. She recently discovered T20 cricket when friends bought her tickets for Edgbaston (hence the face paint). Izzy is not just a great drummer but an awesome singer, is a true performer and loves musical theatre.

Izzy

Mick is married to Jo and is an accomplished musician, worship leader, aficionado who has been an integral part of the Christian bands Kato and Mr Keith as well as folk group Phil's friends.

Mick leads the worship team at our church and has also been choirmaster for a number of large festivals and is part of a local Ukulele group. Mick is the consummate musician and plays guitar, bass, keys, uke and anything else he can get his hands on.

Millie

Millie is a budding entrepreneur and aspiring business owner, she will one day set up and run her own charity. Millie serves at our church on the multimedia side of the worship team and is GoodWill's Music Business Manager; taking care of all the marketing, social media and non-music things the rest of us don't have time for (and some of use find a little boring) but that Millie loves..
