Get to know us
GOODWILLBAND is a worship collective from the West Midlands, UK, emerging out of a Pentecostal, charismatic, evangelical church community. Made up of three singer‑songwriters – Will, Mick and Izzy – the band write and produce Scripture‑soaked worship songs with a full, rich, band‑driven sound and lush vocal harmonies.
Their music is shaped by years of leading worship in the local church, combined with a passion for serving believers in everyday life. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Mercy Me, Rend Collective, Matt Redman, Tim Hughes and Brandon Lake, GOODWILLBAND craft songs for both corporate worship and personal devotion.
All three members sing, play multiple instruments and take an active role in arranging, recording and producing their own tracks. Will brings decades of experience as both a musician and church leader; Mick is a seasoned multi‑instrumentalist and long‑time worship leader; and Izzy brings fresh energy, creativity and a distinctive rhythmic and vocal presence to the band’s sound.
Behind the scenes, Millie serves as GOODWILLBAND’s Music Business Manager, supporting the band’s wider ministry through marketing, social media and the many practical, non‑musical tasks that keep the project running smoothly. She also serves on the multimedia team at their local church.
Together, GOODWILLBAND exist to point people to Jesus through Scripture‑rooted lyrics, honest prayer and accessible, modern worship songs that serve the wider Church.
